Platinum is always looking out for opportunities - either with or without current planning permission. We welcome working with owners with either promotion
or option arrangements.
Promotion involves agreeing on a price with the landowners and an uplift fee agreed at outset for Platinum. We would then use our financing, expertise and professional partners to secure planning permission to maximise the land value. This arrangement offers no risk to the landowner.
Option agreements agree on land value at outset and offer Platinum the chance to secure planning permission and then purchase the site at the agreed option value. These agreements run from a minimum of six months to a long stop date of ten years, the contract length usually dependent on the likelihood of planning at outset. This also involves no risk to the landowner.
