The Heath, Great Brickhill
 

Great Brickhill is idyllic village close by to Woburn and Milton Keynes

 

We purchased 4-6 Heath Road in June 2015 which was an exciting development comprising refurbishment of two existing cottages plus contemporary development of brownfield site.

We worked closely with MK planning department and a contemporary 2000 square foot detached property was agreed with planning consent a few months in to the exercise. This was eventually built out by Swiftstar and the results were fantastic

 

The cottages were refurbished completely with new plumbing and electrics throughout as well as highly specified kitchens and bathrooms

 

The larger of the two cottages was sold in January 2016. The smaller cottage was transferred to our rental portfolio and has been tenanted ever since.
