This property was purchased in November 2017 and was in a dreadful state with an Environmental Health warning on the previous owner.

We undertook a comprehensive refurbishment after the property was completely gutted. This involved adding a downstairs bathroom as well as removing an internal wall to open up an amazing kitchen area.

 

Originally a 3 bedroom semi-detached we added an extra room and brand new bathroom upstairs.

New windows allow uninterrupted views of the beautiful surrounding areas.

Wooden flooring downstairs and cutting edge landscaping completed the work.

 

The purchaser had some disabilities so we made some alterations for her, that we included in the eventual selling price.

 

The property was sold in May 2018.
