We purchased this property in 2016 and proceeded to carry out a heavy refurbishment.

 

A downstairs wall was removed to accentuate the new kitchen and bi-fold doors. New windows, doors, bathrooms and flooring throughout completed the work.

 

The property was completed and added to our rental portfolio.

 

We eventually sold the property in 2018.
